Within the past two weeks my laptop locks up with Adobe Acrobat showing "Not Responding" when I try to open a fillable pdf.

Other pdfs open with no problem. I've ensured all windows updates are installed. I've uninstalled Adobe Reader and reinstalled it three times with no change. I've run troubleshooter. I need some help on what to do now. Do you receive any error codes or messages when it stops responding? The issue may occur due to a corrupt installation of Adobe Reader.

Same issue on a different computer. The update issue started in Dec and the shutdown started today on my computer and last week on the other computer.
